Each Beni Ourain rug is handmade for each customer. The process starts when we receive your order. It’s a lot of work.

You can expect the rug will take at least 8-12 weeks. If you order a very big rug it can take a bit longer. By “very big” we mean larger than 3 meters. As soon as we’re finished, it will be shipped directly to you. We’ll email you the tracking details as soon as your rug is on its way to you.
