Sukhi is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase!
Here’s the bottom line. We only want you to keep a rug if you love it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rug, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked. We even pay the costs of the return shipment for you. Please contact us if you want to return your rug so that we can help you arrange it.
Custom orders cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel an order for a custom product, you may do so within two (2) business days of your original order date.
All Sukhi clearance orders are final. That means they cannot be returned. What about the unlikely event that you find a quality issue, such as a damaged or defective rug? Please report the issue within 5 business days of receipt. We will make it right.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will work quickly and diligently to resolve this issue for you.
Claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Please keep all packaging materials in case the shipper needs to inspect the package during their claims process.
